To the fullest extent permitted by law, Seinetime shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the Services, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold Seinetime harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
10. Termination
- We may terminate or suspend your access for violations, non-payment, or at our discretion with notice.
- Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends, but Sections 4, 5, 7-12 survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in France, except for small claims or injunctive relief.
